These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of our company and its consumers in the context of the online sale of items offered by our website.
Sales made online in the shop are subject to these terms and conditions and any order placed by the buyer implies acceptance of the content of the provisions below.
1. Terms of the offers:
The Shop reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions of sale.
The items offered for sale on the Boutique are presented and detailed so that any consumer is able to know the essential characteristics of the products he would like to buy (Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code).
The photos that illustrate the description of the articles are given for information only and are not contractual.
The prices are expressed in euros and do not include the shipping costs, all taxes included (TTC) and do not include the participation to the expenses of sending which are chargeable to the customer.
The VAT is not recoverable because we are a self-employed company (private company exempted from registration in the register of trade and companies) and we thus benefit from the regime of the micro enterprise (no VAT deductible and in exchange no VAT applied ). The shop reserves the right to revise its prices at any time but agrees to apply the rates in effect at the time of order and, subject to availability on that date.

5. Shipment of the order, delivery:
All orders are shipped in tracking mode.
Payment in 2 or 3 times without expenses: From 150 euros of order, it is necessary to select the mode of payment by check and it is enough to address us 2 or 3 checks when sending your payment. The first is cashed when sending your order, the second one month after and the third one month after the second.
Items in stock: Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday inclusive. The shipment is made upon receipt of the order in general within 24 hours maximum. Orders received before noon are dispatched the same day.
Pre-order items: To guarantee you the best possible prices, some items are sold pre-order, the average shipping time is indicated at the bottom of the product sheet. In principle 3 weeks of delay.
Your order is registered upon receipt of your payment. The deadlines may vary depending on our suppliers regardless of our wishes. We make every effort to shorten your waiting.
In case of order of stock item and pre-order, your total order will be delivered when pre-order items will be available. You can, however, place 2 orders (one for in-stock items and another for pre-order items), which will allow you to get your items in stock quickly, but that means you pay twice the shipping cost.
Delivery times will begin only from the date of payment and / or certification of the payment of the order. The delivery period is variable to the delivery of mail required by La Poste. Generally, for metropolitan France, delivery takes place within 48 hours from the date of shipment. For Europe it is advisable to allow a delay of about one week
We can not be held responsible for exceptional events delaying or prohibiting (strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, etc ...)

6. Return of an article (Satisfied or refunded, retractation ...):
Your satisfaction is our priority, you benefit from a satisfied or refunded guarantee: the customer has, within a period of (14) fourteen days from the delivery of his order, a right of return, at his expenses, for exchange or refund, products that do not suit him in accordance with Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, folded carefully and in perfect condition for resale. Damaged items will not be picked up. Laundry charges will be deducted in case of crumpled garments received.
The right of return can only be exercised if the return procedure is respected. In the case where the customer returns to the shop one or more non-compliant articles with our general conditions of sale the parcel will be forwarded to him at his expenses.
You also benefit from a guarantee delivered or refunded, if for one reason or another (still extremely rare) your package did not arrive, you will be fully refunded.
Items in promotions or destocking will not be able to be traded for another size of the same item in unresolved version, or you will be asked to adjust the price difference between the two.

The costs related to forwarding in tracking mode are the responsibility of the sender.
No fold shipped in cash on delivery mode will be accepted by The Boutique.
In return for compliance with the procedure above, the Shop undertakes to exchange or refund (excluding shipping) the product within an average of 48 hours and within 30 days of receipt of the goods returned. For exchanges, the average time is 24h for items in stock, or with time for pre-order items. The refund will be made by paypal. In case of payment by check, bank transfer or money order send us your e-mail paypal.
7. Retention of title:
In accordance with Law No. 80.335 of May 12, 1980, La Boutique reserves ownership of goods delivered until full payment of their price.
8. IT provisions and freedoms:
The information requested from the customer is necessary for the processing and execution of his order. The data files remain internal to the Shop and any person has a right of access and rectification to information concerning it, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.
These general conditions of sale are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of orders will be examined with the greatest care and will be the subject of an amicable proposal immediate.
